Congress Center Paasitorni

The conference venue is situated in Hakaniemi, in close proximity to Helsinki City Center. You can easily access Paasitorni by walking, subway or bus. Due to limited parking availability, we recommend utilizing public transportation.

At Paasitorni, you’ll find our seminar rooms Sirkus, located stairs down from the lobby on floor 0, and Juho Rissanen and Karl Lindahl on floor 1.5. A guarded cloakroom is available at the entrance level for your belongings.

We have a breakfast service at 10:00 AM, followed by lunch at 12:00 PM, and afternoon coffee at 2:30 PM.

Networking Night

A salad buffet and beverages will be served at 4:30 PM in the Sirkus lobby.

Stream from Paasitorni

All the presentations are streamed out by Vision. For those participating in the seminar online, you will be provided with the streaming link, granting you the flexibility to switch between rooms at your convenience. Additionally, you are encouraged to engage in discussions by utilizing the chat feature.

Each conference participant will receive a link to the platform, where you will have access to all the presentations.

Info-letter with links and passwords will be sent to all participants on Friday 17 October 2025!
